QLD Schools Championships

The championships concluded yesterday (Wed 1st) with Amy Hodgkins saving her best 'til last. Amy had an 80 to finish midfield in 22nd position.

Tyler Duncan's 74 meant he lost a little ground on the leader but maintained a clear 2nd place, a truly super effort.

10 - 12 results to follow. 


Day 3

In the 10-12 yrs division on day 3, Matthys Visser had an 84 to maintain his 6th place with 1 round to go. Archie Cunningham had 94 to improve into 20thplace. It's tough watching these young ones pushing buggies up some of the Keperra hills.

Amy Hodgkins also improved two spots to 20th with her 92.

Tyler Duncan's 69 keeps him in 2nd place but just 1 behind going into the final round today.

Day 2.

Matthys had 87 in Monday's round which sees him in 6th position.

Archie's 99 has him in 22nd. A big day for the 10-12 age group. 

In the 13-19 division,  Amy's second 86 leaves her in 22nd place, while a 4 under 67 from Tyler puts him 3 shors back in 2nd place.


This 4 day event commenced on Sunday and saw a number of "Reddies" representing their district. 

In the 10-12 yrs division,  Matthys Visser had a 9 hole score of 40 which sees him equal 9th, while Archie Cunningham's 45 has him equal 22nd.

Amy Hodgkins returned an 86 to be 20th in the 13-19 division.

In the boys' section,  Tyler Duncan's 74has him equal 6th.
